How to create tenant users (customers who use work management/ticketing)
To begin creating users, you need to create the tenant's contact. If the contact has already been entered, proceed directly to step 2.
1. CREATE A TENANT CONTACT
- Open the menu "Contacts"
- Click "Add New" in the top right corner
- Fill in the required and relevant fields, then click "Save"
2. CREATE A TENANT USER
- Open the menu "Contacts"
- Click on the tenant contact for whom you want to create a user and click "Edit"
- Select "Users" from the top right and click "Add User"
- Fill in the required fields and click "Save"
If the tenant wants to log in using, for example, Smart-ID, also fill in the phone number and personal identification code fields. These can be also added later.
- Select "Rooms" from the top right
- Link the tenant contact to their building and rented/owned space. Under the "Users" row, add the newly created user.
- Click "Save" on the contact.
The created user will immediately receive a notification with a registration link. The link is active for 7 days.
The created user will appear in the "System Users" menu. There you can see whether the account is activated. Unactivated accounts are marked with a red exclamation mark.
To resend the registration email, open the user profile (click the pencil icon) and click βSend email confirmationβ.
