How to create invoices?

1. GENERATING RENTAL INVOICES

  • To generate invoices, open the "Invoices" menu and select the company whose invoices you want to generate.

Invoices for one company can be created across multiple buildings in one go.

  • Select "Generate Rent Invoices."
  • Set the invoice period, invoice date, and accounting entry date.
  • Choose whether to generate invoices for all buildings together or click "Select Buildings," choose the building, and apply the filter.
  • Check the boxes in front of the invoices you want to generate.
  • Click "Generate," refresh the page, and the invoices will start appearing one by one.

Note: If there are many invoices, the process may take some time. Refresh the page to ensure all invoices are visible.

  • You can view the invoice PDF by clicking on the invoice number.
  • To check if all invoices have been generated, click "Generate Invoices," and you’ll see a list of invoices that haven’t been generated. If the list is empty, all invoices are created.

2. GENERATING UTILITY INVOICES

Before generating invoices, make sure all expenses for the selected building are shared and no further changes are needed.

  • Open the "Cost division" menu and select the building for which you want to generate invoices.
  • If all expenses are shared, you will automatically be on the shared expenses tab. If not, first check that all desired expenses have been shared.
  • Click "Generate Invoices" at the top right, or if some expenses remain unshared, click the arrow next to the "Divide costs" button.
    Enter the required dates.
  • Invoices will start generating and will appear in the "Invoices" menu under the chosen building. Refresh the page if all invoices haven’t appeared yet.
  • To verify that all invoices have been generated, go to Cost division > Select Building > Shared costs. If there’s a document icon next to the tenant’s name, an invoice has been created for them.

.

Note: Invoices and rows with a zero total will not be generated.
