How to edit and delete preventive maintenance tasks?

Navigate to the Preventative maintenance menu and open "Tickets generation" from top row. 

  • You can edit a task by opening the work ticket using the pencil icon.
  • With each task, you can change the assignee β€” this change will apply to all work or maintenance tickets related to that device/activity.
  • You cannot change the frequency, start date, or execution period of a task. To do that, you have two options:
    • Delete the existing work ticket using the trash can icon. This will also delete the entire history with that task!
    • If you want to keep the task history, set an end date for the current ticket, save it, and create a new ticket with the updated frequencies.
