To get started with Hausing: 

1. First you must add your objects/buildings and rooms, you can find the manual here.
2. If you are using lease management and utility sharing, it's time to add leases. If not, proceed to point 6.
3. After leases, set up meters for every building, with the help of this manual.
4. Then you can set up utility sharing. 
5. To create rental and utility invoices set up invoice settings and read the invoice section how to create and send invoices. 
6. To get started with work order management, read a quick walkthrough here. 
7. To create a maintenance diary for your buildings, read a manual here.
8. Now all the most important steps are done and you can start working with your digital portfolio.
